In this event, we will journey to meet one of our Ancestral Helping Spirits. Our ancestors are people in our family line who can go as far back as the very beginning of our existence. An ancestral helping spirit is an ally that can assist us in connecting with our highest spiritual knowledge and consciousness that is within our DNA We can reconnect with our ancestral heritage to help and guide us, to move obstacles out of our way, to teach us and to watch over and protect us. But in order to receive their assistance, we must first meet them and cultivate a relationship with them through honoring their existence in our daily practices.
Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort during the journey
