Your parents are getting older, the house they live in was great for when you were growing up but now it’s time to downsize. Maybe a ranch style house, a condo or a 55+ community. 

It’s a big step for the whole family with so many questions. Do we move all of our possessions to the new home? Maybe we can donate them. We haven’t moved in over 35 years!!!

This seminar will help answer questions you may have about the entire process. What should I know about listing the home with a realtor? What questions should I ask about a new mortgage? What should I do with the money from the sale of the home? What can I do to protect my family against the rising costs of medical care moving into the future?

The seminar will be panel style so questions can be asked of the talented panel professionals.
