Science of Spring: Science Saturday for 7 to 11 Year Olds
Saturday, April 13, 2013, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., NRWA Resource Center, 592 Main Street (Rt. 119) in Groton
How do plants and animals know it is time to come out of their winter dormancy? This is just one question we’ll seek to answer during this Science Saturday program for 11 to 14 years olds from all communities. Come explore the forest and river and observe changes. Work to develop an experiment to measure plant growth and have fun with science friends. Science Saturday costs $25. Pre-registration is required.
