The business owner then has to consider signing leases, hiring employees, signing contracts, to trademarks and protecting personal assets. The area of intellectual property is another specialty area. The choices and technical issues for a new business owner can be overwhelming. This session will provide an overview of many of the most important issues that business owners have to face.
