If two self-driving cars were involved in an accident, where does the fault lie?  If a reporter used a drone in public airspace to gather information the accident, is the drone protected by the First Amendment?
 
John Frank Weaver, author of Robots Are People Too, will address these and similar questions at the Bolton Public Library on Thursday, September 18 starting at 7 p.m.  The talk is free and open to the public.
 
Weaver is an attorney in Boston who works in artificial intelligence.  He writes regularly for the Future Tense column on slate.com
