Nashoba Valley Chamber proud to announce GRAND RE-OPENING OF NASHOBA VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
Please join the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce (NVCoC) as we hold a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony celebrating the completion of Nashoba Valley Medical Center’s newly renovated Emergency Department. The event will take place on Thursday, December 9, 2010 between 5pm and 7pm, with a ribbon cutting at 5:15pm at Nashoba Valley Medical Center.
Nashoba Valley Medical Center is a community hospital serving 11 communities in North Central Massachusetts. Located in Ayer, the hospital boasts a highly qualified medical staff with 115 active and associate member physicians offering community based primary care and a wide range of specialty services. The hospital, which was formerly known as Deaconess-Nashoba Hospital, was purchased in January 2003 by Essent Healthcare, Inc.
Founded in 1964, Nashoba Valley Medical Center is known for many clinical strengths, including emergency medicine, fully digital, state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging, cardiology, gastroenterology, oncology, orthopedics and general surgery. The hospital also offers a diverse array of outpatient services in its Ambulatory Care Center and a broad spectrum of services in an on-site Occupational Health Center focus on prevention of work related injuries and illnesses, rehabilitation and management of return to work issues.
