On Wed, March 23rd, the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce (NVCoC) and the Pepperell Business Association will co-host a joint Ribbon Cutting/Open House to celebrate the unveiling of Dolce Wood-Fired Italian Grille in Pepperell. This event is open to Members of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Pepperell Business Association only.
Dolce Wood-Fired Italian Grille, formally known as Dario’s Ristorante in Pepperell, is proud to introduce the addition of its new restaurant co-owner and head chef, Robert Stea.
Graduating from Johnson & Wales, Robert has attained critical success as owner and operator of Mecafresh, a fast casual café concept with locations in Florida and Chicago and the highly Zagat rated Blue Heron restaurant which has had national exposure. Receiving best chowder award at this years local Chowderfest in Townsend Ma, Robert has a true passion for the culinary experience.
