The Nashoba Valley Chamber’s Roundtable series provide members the opportunity for meaningful peer-to-peer discussion while driving results for member business.

    • Telemedicine which is 24/7 access to board certified MD via phone call, video chat, or email. The MD can also provide a prescription if needed.
    • EAP with concierge services
    • Pet insurance with payroll deductions
    • Supplemental insurances such as; accident, STD, LTD, Cancer, life insurance
    • One company rents out a local movie theater a few times a year for employees – first come, first served.
 
Pending legislation on minimum wage / tipped wage

Communication
  • How are you communicating last minute changes to all necessary managers/team members
 
Tools
  • Need better organization/meeting management tools (with beos, invoices, agreements, calendar, etc)
 
 
Cancellation/Change policies:
  • need better wording and updating to this and need to push back when necessary
