This presentation will explore the psycho-social aspects of bullying with an in-depth look at the bullying of seniors.

Participants will learn to:

Recognize and explain what behaviors are considered bullying
Describe the effects of bullying on the target and bystanders
Respond effectively to senior-to-senior bullying situations and practice constructive de-escalation techniques
Establish and maintain an environment of kindness, respect and trust to make bullying incidents less likely
