In today's ever-changing landscape, adaption is not an option but a must. Today's planning requires the ability to pivot on the spot and demands both philosophy and process. Returning to the life we knew before COVID-19 will be a journey spread over several years. Even then, it will not be what we knew. Mindset and behavioral shifts will be necessary for owners, employees, vendors and customers alike leading to major cultural shifts within our society. While we cannot predict the future, we can look to the "signals within the noise" and plan accordingly. This session will focus on:

- Creating a proactive plan
- Building in flexibility
