You will learn: - How your spine alignment can cause incomtinence and how to solve it - What neutral spine is and how to find it in your own body - Why neutral spine is important for back health, eliminating pain and how it relates to pelvic floor - How to strengthen your pelvic floor to reduce & eliminate incontinence issues. 2 part Workshop: Saturday, March 12 and March 26 1st hour: lecture format - learn basic anatomy & function 2nd hour: exercise based - learn home exercises and progressions
