July Outdoor Wellness Walk
Saturday, July 13, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Station Avenue kiosk on the Nashua River Rail Trail in Groton, MA
Come stretch your legs and explore the summer landscape along the Nashua River Rail Trail. Your guide for this 60-minute walk will be Mary Marro, NRWA’s Environmental Education Director. What plants are flowering and seeding? What birds are fledged? What activity might there be in the nearby swamps? Questions welcome! The Rail Trail is flat and paved; the walk is open to all ages. For the comfort of all, no dogs are allowed. We'll meet at the Station Avenue kiosk on the Trail in Groton. Google map and directions. Pre-registration is encouraged for planning purposes. To pre-register, or for more information, please contact Mary Marro, at (978) 448-0299, or email MaryM@NashuaRiverWatershed.org. FREE
