John Perkins, a sales professional with extensive experience as a sales trainer and interviewer, will talk about how to use public speaking and selling yourself techniques to help you increase your interviewing effectiveness.
He will share some "insider secrets" and will cover:
** Techniques to use to sell yourself during the interview,
** Methods to differentiate yourself and make yourself memorable,
** How to convert the interview from an interrogation to a conversation,
** Hiring factors which you have some control over,
** How to perfect the "passionate persuasion technique"
PRESENTER:
John Perkins, sales professional, completed several decades of sales/product training contributions at the $11.7B Thermo Fisher Scientific Company.
Most recently as Sales Training Manager for North America, he supported the $750M plus Laboratory Equipment Division.
He was responsible for the sales/product training & development of 130 sales representatives, managers, executives and support personnel, including implementation of Wilson Learning's Counselor Sales Person courses.
John implemented both $250K university course style hands-on boot camps and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for eLearning courses.
Graduates of John's training courses achieved 50-200% increases in product revenue during the following 12 months.
John has conducted numerous training programs in North and Latin Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. John's training success was qualified, earlier, by global product manager and commercial manager positions, demonstrating mid-double digit growth, year-on-year. He originated "The 7 Questions To Ask on Sales Calls" and "The Package Promo". Recently, he has worked with professionals in transition, by conducting Job Search Work Groups, by presenting "Speak for Yourself" workshops - how to use public speaking and selling yourself techniques during the job interview.
