Kristen Niemi, Yoga teacher, Certified Massage and Craniosacral therapist, will be our guest this month providing assistance with restorative poses and hands on craniosacral therapy while Rose recovers from surgery. Kathleen will provide soothing sound and energy therapy throughout the class.
