Monsterbash 2026 at NARA Park

 
Acton Parks and Recreation is celebrating two decades of spooky family fun with its annual Monsterbash on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Held at the Thomas E. Tidman Amphitheater at NARA Park (71 Quarry Road), the event is tailored for elementary-aged children and features a DJ Blacklight Dance Party, interactive games like the mummy wrap, complimentary light refreshments, and a flashlight candy hunt. Attendees are encouraged to dress up for the costume contest, which will award prizes across categories including Best Classic Monster, Funniest Getup, and Most Creative Costume.
Gates open at 5:30 P.M., and parking is free. Admission is $10 per person for ages two and up. Tickets can be purchased in advance on Eventbrite or at the gate using a credit card.
