Please join us for our May meeting on Wednesday, May 30th at 6PM at RiverCourt. Jack Petropoulos and Kevin Lindemer will be presenting an analysis of Groton's commercial development capacity. They have been working on an analysis of Groton's currently zoned commercial and industrial properties, including the relevant buildout status, to get a sense of how much incremental commercial / industrial development is possible in town. They will share their results with us and respond to questions at the meeting.
