6th annual golf tournament
monday, June 10
at shaker hills country club
registration starts at 11:30 a.m.
1:00 p.m. shotgun start
Format: Team Scramble
Each team is comprised of 4 golfers. Each player hits a tee shot on each hole, then everyone on the team hits from the spot of the best shot. Repeat until you hole out.
Prizes will be awarded to the top two teams and to one very special last place team!
Prizes will be awarded to the female and male golfers who have the longest drives on Hole #10.

Your entry fee of $150 includes 18 holes of golf, cart, a goody bag, cheese, fruit and crackers when you finish your round, followed by a sumptuous full-course dinner.You could win a brand new car in our hole-in-one contest! Or go home with one or more valuable raffle prizes.
