Ellen Sousa will visit our store on Saturday, May 6, at 10:00 am. Ellen is the author of The Green Garden: A New England Guide to Planning, Planting, and Maintaining the Eco-Friendly Habitat Garden. 

Ellen's presentation is titled Landscaping "For the Birds" and she will share her ideas about ways to make your yard much more hospitable to a variety of bird species, including ones that don't visit bird feeders!

How and what you plant in your yard really does matter for birds, pollinators, and most other forms of wildlife, including us!

We are happy to host Ellen. Her book will be available for signing and purchase. We will give away a copy of the book to one lucky attendee.
