MassDevelopment/JBOS Joint Meeting.  Confirm date and format.
 
Discuss transitional governance and self-determination options for the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone.  Discuss idea of DREZ BOS, modification of S.939 and relevance of S.946.  Discuss concept of DASH (Devens, Ayer, Shirley and Harvard as an overlay district) and the proposed Devens Transition and Integration Matrix (2009).
 
Review and approve the May 23, 2013 Minutes and Summary.
