In this exploratory, introduction to sustainable, healthy non-diet strategies about what, when, how and why we eat, you’ll find out some extraordinary reasons why we eat for emotional reasons. We’ll use ideas from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), recent neuroscience research on the brain, and humor in our discussions.
