Come learn about the "new" pro-labor NLRB, potential rule changes to make unionizing easier, and strategies to remain union free.
Bill Brennan, Principal of The Stratagem Group will review the Employee Free Choice Act and help sort out the pros and cons.
About Our Speaker - Over 20 years in HR/Labor Relations management positions for large national companies, SPHR certification, work as an Adjunct Professor of Management for Bryant University and Bridgewater State University; MS Management Lesley University, M.P.A. Suffolk University, and B.A. Providence College. Mr. Brennan has given EFCA presentations to the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE); and was hired by the Independent Carton Group (national manufacturer’s organization) to deliver an EFCA seminar at their conference in Spokane, WA. Bill is currently serving as Chair of the South Shore Chamber’s Human Resource Advisory Group, and as a member of the SBANE HR Committee.
