Chris will conduct a interactive lunch meeting on effective methods for evaluating and discipining employees so that personnel decisions are defensible in the face of claims of of unlawful discrimination. Using concrete examples and tips , participants will learn key strategies to support personnel actions, such as discharges or layoffs, while avoiding pitfalls that may make your company an attractive case for an employee’s attorney.
