Water is life, and to protect our local water systems we must plan our future carefully. Community members are invited to join Clean Water Action and State Senator James Eldridge (Acton) on Monday, September 17th to discuss public water infrastructure - current threats to our drinking water, opportunities for moving forward, and how we all can take action for clean water. Marion Stoddart, Founder & Director Emeritus of the Nashua River Water Assocation, will speak on her experience as a local advocate, and the need to work proactively to protect our environment. Issues of water management affect all people: to ensure safe and healthy communities we cannot wait to create strong, durable water systems in Massachusetts.
