![]() Join us on November 4th for the Hops & Crops farm-to-fork dinner with beer pairings provided by local craft brewer, Berkshire Brewing Company. Celebrate autumn’s harvest and meet local growers as you taste what this quintessential New England season has to offer! An extended cocktail hour will feature passed and stationed hors d’eovures where guests can meet Gibbet Hill Grill Chef, Tom Fosnot, and learn about how he keeps up with abundance of produce growing on Gibbet Hill Farm. Fireside Catering Chef, Ethan Paige, will be on hand to share his canning and preserving techniques. Our own farmer, Molly DellaRoman, will join other local growers to share their experiences of growing food in New England. After the cocktail hour, commune with other guests during a thoughtfully prepared family-style dinner featuring a salad and entree course, followed by sweets stations. To top off this special dinner event, Berkshire Brewing Company will showcase their Massachusetts-brewed ales and lagers, carefully selecting each brew to match the cuisine. Meet a member of the ‘Berkshire Brewing Brigade’, as they explain the methods of creating their specialty small-batch craft beer. Seating is limited!
