Join Bull Run's favorite "home cook" Patty Thorpe, along with Executive Chef Stephen for a class that will have you cooking like a boss!
After a demonstration, each student will simultaneously learn step-by-step how to create a delectable dinner of Pork Saltimbocca with Perfect Polenta, Spinach & Pan Roasted Cherry Tomatoes. As we learn and create together, Home Cook Patty & Chef Stephen will share their best kitchen tips for shopping and cooking at home - whether you're making dinner for two, or entertaining a large group.
When the meal is cooked to perfection, we'll sit down for a candlelit dinner with wine to enjoy it together.
