Group Circuit Training with Personal Trainer Mark Hebert.  For all fitness levels.  Challenge yourself to a fun and intense workout.  Get in shape, tone your body, gain muscle.  50 minute workouts switch between a series of 8 to 10 weekly changing resistance stations integrated with cardio stations.  Sept. 12 to Oct. 31. (8 Fridays) 9:10 to 10 a.m.  $99/$96.
