“Fantastic flute musicians in a gorgeous venue!” — Concert attendee
Director Nicole O’Toole leads this outstanding 21-member ensemble in classical and contemporary works arranged or written for flutes. Come and hear music inspired by the flora and fauna that make their appearances every spring. This concert will feature Vivaldi’s La Primavera, The Swan by Saint-Saëns, the Irish favorite Londonderry Air, and the newly arranged Bird Songs by composer Liza Lehmann. The afternoon will be topped off with a set of Celtic songs sure to please the audience.
