Blend Your Own Herbal Tea
Herbal tea is soothing to the soul. Gibbet Hill Bartender and Herbalist, Amanda Rankin, will instruct students on the basics of blending their own tea using herbs that were grown and dried at Gibbet Hill Farm.
Students will take home a tin filled with their own blend of tea made in class.
Snacks and beverage provided (hot beverages and sweets), in addition to sipping tea samples.
The class will be held rain or shine on the farm. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather, and wear shoes appropriate for the weather and sturdy enough for walking in and around the farm. Tools will be provided for hands-on activites.
