Here are a few key points about the Gateway to College program.  http://mwcc.edu/access/programs/gateway/. It offers students a second chance to earn their high school diploma and to experience success at Mount Wachusett Community College. It is a scholarship program offering full-time dual enrollment for non-traditional high school students. Gateway to College is a program that is part of a larger network of alternative educational opportunities in the region.
Prospective students must:
•       Be between ages 16 -21
•       Live in Massachusetts
•       Demonstrate interest in post-secondary educational opportunities and/or career training
•       Have left high school or on the verge of leaving without a diploma
Prospective students may also:
•       Come from a Homeschool program
•       Have a GED/HiSET
•       Be behind on credits or not on track to graduate
