Full Moon Magic: Yin Yoga and Siddha Healing with Kristen and Seth

Remove blockages, open channels and relieve physical, emotional and mental stress with this very special blend of Yin Yoga and Siddha Healing.

Together with the Full Moon’s healing energy, Kristen will lead you in a Yin Yoga class which will target the deep connective tissue and help to regulate the flow of energy throughout the body.  During Shivasana, Seth, together with a crystal mandala AND the full moon’s energy, will provide a non-contact form of energy channeling which taps into the ancient Indian Siddha tradition of healers and spiritualists. This promises to be a very special and powerful healing session!
