* Free self-defense demo at Anytime Fitness Devens
SATURDAY JUNE 8th at 10:30am - 11:30am
We are offering a free self-defense demo. It will be held in the fitness room.
If you like the demonstration and would like to continue and learn more on how to defend yourself you will have the opportunity to sign up for the upcoming course.
The Self-Defense course will be an 8 week session for $88 for members and $99 for non-members.
Please let the office know if you plan to attend. If you are unsure and you find yourself available that morning please come join us even if you haven't signed up.
