The Highland Street Foundation’s Free Fun Fridays program will offer free admission to the Museum of Russian Icons on Friday, July 24, 2015- 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. This year, 70 venues are participating in Free Fun Fridays, with seven cultural venues open free-of-charge each Friday this summer. This is the seventh year of the program.

Who: Any individual or family is invited to attend (Due to expected crowds, large groups are discouraged from attending on this day. Please contact the Museum of Russian Icons directly at (978) 598-5000 for questions).
What: Free Fun Fridays, the annual summer program that opens the doors to some of Massachusetts’ best cultural venues at no cost to visitors.
When: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on July 24, 2015, Extended hours for this event! Last entry: 3:30 p.m.
Food: The Russian Tea Room offers tea, coffee, and light Russian snacks. Clinton is also home to many fine restaurants. View the list here. No outside food is permitted inside the Museum, but scenic Central Park, just steps away, is a great spot for a picnic.
Parking: The Museum does not have its own parking. Free public parking is available throughout downtown Clinton. Please note that some of this parking is located several blocks away from the Museum and will require a short walk.

On-street parking is available on Union Street and bordering Central Park on Walnut Street and Church Street. Please do not park in any of the reserved spots reserved for Corcoran House at 40 Walnut Street. Two-hour parking is available on High Street. Limited on-street spots are available on Mechanic Street near the intersection with Chestnut Street.
Parking Lots:
• St. John’s Gym, 149 Chestnut Street: This large lot is available for Free Fun Friday visitors.
• Walnut Street, between the First Baptist Church (14 Walnut Street) and the First Baptist Church (34 Walnut Street). This lot is small and will fill quickly.
• Union Street, between High Street and School Street, at the side entrance to Aubuchon Hardware
• Presbyterian Church, 175 Union Street
• At the corner of Church Street & School Street, behind St. John’s Church.
The Museum does not assume any responsibility for any vehicles parked in these areas and cannot guarantee availability of parking in the suggested locations below. Please obey all posted signs and restrictions and allow extra time to find parking.
Tips for Visiting on Free Fun Friday:
• There may be a line to enter the Museum; please be prepared to wait for entry.
• All children age 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Space for strollers is very limited. Please consider bringing a smaller umbrella stroller or leaving your stroller in the car.
• Do not leave your valuables unattended at any time during your visit. The Museum is not responsible for any items lost while in the Museum.
• Food and beverages are not allowed in the Museum galleries.
• Photos are allowed in the main galleries without flash.
• Take time to visit our Museum Shop, stocked with unique handmade Russian items.
