Come and learn how using herbs in the kitchen can liven up any dish! In this workshop you will learn how to use herbs and stir up two sample-size tastings sure to be a hit with you and your family.
Whole Foods Demo Specialist Denny Kelly is and has been a home cook, caterer and event planner for years before coming to Whole Foods Market where for 10 years she worked on food panels and tested recipes for the stores. She is devoted to using fresh, in-season foods to formulate recipes that are economical, healthy and use as few ingredients as possible. Denny is committed to a well-stocked pantry that allows for flexibility in cooking daily meals. She believes in making foods in batches and freezing for later use. Chicken and beef stocks are a staple in her cooking, along with salt mixtures that enhance the food and lower the family sodium intake.
