Flavored Tobacco Public Hearing - Gardner

Gardner Board of Health has set a public hearing to take comment on the proposed flavored tobacco products restriction. This regulation would restrict the sale of all flavored tobacco products to adult only establishments. It would remove them for sale from mini-marts, convenience stores, gas stations and grocery stores. We are counting on your support by attending the hearing and speaking in favor of the regulation. You can also send in a letter of support. Please address it to the Board of Health Chairperson Dr. John Mulqueen and email it to Jennifer Susen Roy jsusenroy@gardner-ma.gov.
