Join us for our First Time Homebuyer Workshop!
September 20, 21, & 22 ~ 5:30 - 8:30 PM
We walk the homebuyer through the entire process, helping them become a better informed buyer. After completing this 3-day, (8 hours total) workshop, participants will receive the required certificate stipulated in most FTHB loan product and DPA programs. The workshop will guide the homebuyer through the home buying process and introduce the home buying team; Lender, Realtor, Inspector, Insurance Rep, & Attorney.
