August 16, 17 & 18 ~ 5:30 - 8:30 PM

After completing this 3-day, (8 hours total) workshop, participants will receive the required certificate stipulated in most FTHB loan product and DPA programs. The workshop will guide the homebuyer through the home buying process and introduce the home buying team; Lender, Realtor, Inspector, Insurance Rep, & Attorney.
