WHAT FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS NEED TO KNOW. The HomeOwnership Center of North Central Massachusetts in partnership with Workers' Credit Union are hosting first-time home buyer classes in Gardner and Fitchburg.
Four classes per session: December 9, 11, 16 and 18 Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce 29 Parker Street, Gardner
Both seminars are from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. The fee for the class is $25 for Workers' members, which includes a light dinner, course book, program handouts and a certificate of completion. ($50 program fee for non-Workers' members)
