RCAP Solutions is pleased to announce its Workshop schedule for July, 2013.  All classes are designed to support and educate tenants, potential homebuyers and homeowners on purchasing and maintaining a home. 

First Time Home Buyer Certification: 
Saturday, July 27 & Saturday, August 3, 2013
8:30 AM to 1:00 PM  
Attendees will learn the steps in the home buying process, how to develop a personal home buying team, and how to become financially prepared. Participants will receive Home Buyer Certification when orientation + both classes are completed. Only $45 per household and includes refreshments.
