Strategic Review & Goal Setting
It has been another difficult year, but your business has survived. Some of you may have even prospered in the difficult economy. The end of the year is the time to review what happened. What went well, and not so well… Then it is time to set some goals for the coming year. This presentation will explain the process of how a business owner can conduct a strategic review of the organization and then will describe the process for setting goals for the coming year. The primary topics will include:
• The strategic assessment process
• Financial performance
• Trend analysis
• SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)
• The goal setting process
• Benchmarks
• Alternative scenarios
This session will benefit businesses that are relatively new and also more established companies that need to take a fresh look at where they have been and where they should be trying to go in this uncertain economy.
