Local employees with environmental, health and/or safety responsibilities are invited to hear about the new MA Comprehensive Fire Safety Code (527 CMR 1.00) that went into effect Jan. 1 and how it may affect your facility from David Beaudin, Code Compliance & Enforcement Unit, MA Dept. of Fire Services-Division of Fire Safety. This comprehensive rule is modeled after the Natl. Fire Prevention Assoc.'s Model Fire Code NFPA-1. Coffee and treats served.
