An interactive two-day certification program for leads, group leaders, work coordinators and assistant supervisors within any organization.  Through group discussions, exercises, role-plays, and action planning, participants will develop the skills they need to succeed as a Team Leader, and better understand how to apply those skills to their specific workplace situations.
