Drug abuse by employees can cause many expensive problems for businesses ranging from lost productivity, injuries, and an increase in health insurance claims. The challenges of dealing with the impacts of drug addiction in the workplace is growing.

Kelly Hoffman, Attorney/Partner at Marshall Halem Law Firm will provide best practices for responding to drug use in the workplace, she will review:

What employers should know about drug use policies, including drug testing
How to treat marijuana use/possession in the workplace
Disability discrimination and drug/alcohol dependence
