Dr.Calvin Hill's presentation will focus on tools for personnel in supervisory roles around cultural diversity management, including identifying and addressing personal and cultural barriers that may impact your performance in your supervisory capacity to a diverse group.

In his role at Worcester State University, Dr. Hill is responsible for creating an inclusive and diverse campus community, whereby all employees feel physically and psychologically safe and secure. He is also responsible for investigating all grievances filed in accordance with the Department of Higher Education Affirmation Action Plan, which includes, but is not limited to, cases of sexual harassment and sex discrimination. He is dedicated to creating communities that are not only inclusive, but vibrant.
