Daniel Felsenfeld: Composer, Arranger, Author
Acclaimed composer and writer Daniel Felsenfeld will discuss the use of orchestral instruments and arrangements in the pop music of recent decades, drawing on his extensive experience as an orchestral composer as well as his insightful articles on music. Mr. Felsenfeld has composed/arranged for popular artists like Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, and Questlove. A former lecturer for the New York Philharmonic, his music features have appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, and online outlets.
