ConnectWell, our wellness rebate program, gives small business owners a chance to save money on health insurance while employees are able to improve their health and wellness and get rewarded, too.
With ConnectWell, employers can save up to 15% on the amount that they contribute toward their employees’ health insurance premiums when one-third (33%) of their employees successfully complete one of the program’s qualifying wellness activities. Employees enrolled in a Health Connector for Business group’s health plan will have the chance to earn a $100 reward when they complete a qualifying wellness activity.
