This year Halloween falls on a Monday evening, October 31, 2016. Although the town of Clinton has no "set hours" for trick or treating we urge people to get out early before it gets too dark. We suggest between 5pm-7pm. Please use extreme caution whether you are driving or trick or treating... Posted below are some safety tips to help ensure everyone has a SAFE AND HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
