You've stepped up in ways big and small to make the first year of the Community Health Improvement Plan a successful one! CHNA9 invites you to celebrate at our second annual CHIP breakfast. Over a delicious, hot breakfast, we will:

• Hear updates from each priority area working group, and a brief presentation on the new Racial Justice priority area working group.
• Participate in round table discussion groups facilitated by JSI and MRPC, who will be conducting the 2018 Community Health Assessments.
• Celebrate the contributions you have made to each of the CHIP priority areas as we present our first annual CHIP Community Partner Awards (see below for nomination details).
• Recognize our mini-grant recipients, who will be continuing the work of the CHIP through new projects in 2018.
