Sweet Potatoes and Maple syrup 3 Ways

Autumn in New England – just the words conjure home and hearth. And nothing says ‘Autumn in New England’ more clearly than sweet potatoes and maple syrup – staples in any New England kitchen. Join Bull Run executive chef Judith Basso and explore three ways to prepare these perennial favorites: appetizer, entrée and dessert. The menu for the evening will be sweet potato soup with maple cream, maple glazed seared scallops with sweet potato sauce and sweet potato crème brulee with maple whipped cream . Enjoy the presentation, conversation and samplings, take home recipes to try on your own…but don’t worry if it doesn’t work out; you can always make a rez at the Bull Run!
