A free, interactive business roundtable on the connection between integrity, profitability and sustainability will be held at Worcester Technical High School, 1 Skyline Drive on Monday, January 28 from 6:30 to 8 pm. The event is open to business owners, executives, business development and sales managers.
The basic premise of the roundtable is that, when a workforce embraces integrity, quality, and trust, it enhances a company’s longevity and legacy. The true test of integrity is consistency in thoughts, words, and actions. A company of people with integrity consistently exhibits higher standards of excellence in execution, accountability, and values. These standards lead to greater long-term profitability. A sense of significance and longevity emerges. This generates increased levels of confidence among a company’s customers, suppliers, and shareholders. Additionally, stakeholders and lenders become more willing to invest resources to help the organization to grow. As a result, integrity leads to higher profitability and greater sustainability.
The roundtable will be facilitated by Bob Benoit, CPA, MBA, CGMA and President of POWEROUND®, a division of Lord & Benoit. The firm’s global headquarters is located in downtown Worcester. Pre-registration is requested due to limited seating capacity. To register, please email LizK@LordandBenoit.comor call 508-853-6404 x205.
