Business Leaders Advisory Circle: 2026-27 Applications Due

Leadership can be isolating. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

As a business owner or executive, you’re constantly making decisions that impact your employees, customers, and bottom line. Having a trusted group of peers who understand those challenges can make all the difference.

The Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Leaders Advisory Circle brings together local business leaders in a confidential, facilitator-led environment to share ideas, gain perspective, and solve real business challenges.

Each monthly session is guided by experienced facilitators and focuses on the current issues facing participating members. During every meeting, each participant will share a brief update on the prior month and up to three will have the opportunity to present a pressing  business challenge or opportunity to the group for confidential discussion, strategic feedback, and practical solutions drawn from the collective experience of fellow leaders.

Topics may include:
  • Leadership & Management
  • Business Growth & Strategy
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Hiring, Retention & Company Culture
  • Financial Performance
  • Succession Planning
  • Operational Challenges
  • Difficult Business Decisions
  • And the issues keeping you up at night.

Participants can expect confidential, peer-to-peer discussions in a trusted environment where business leaders openly share challenges, ideas, and experiences. Each session is guided by experienced facilitators who keep conversations productive and focused while encouraging meaningful participation from every member. Through the collective knowledge of fellow executives and business owners, participants gain practical, real-world solutions, fresh perspectives, and the support of a trusted network committed to helping one another succeed. Participation is limited to 10 members, with one representative per business category to ensure a diverse and balanced group.
Meeting Schedule:  4th Wednesday of each month  (Time: TBD (3–5 PM or 4–6 PM)

Because meaningful conversations require trust, participation is limited to ensure every member has the opportunity to contribute and build lasting relationships.

Group Facilitators:
Ed Grant - Nashoba Advisors
Len Bruskiewitz - Greater Heights Coaching
